The Bromley Room is run on a not-for-profit basis with all event proceeds going directly to a charity of your choice.

Support your charity

The venue can be rented either hourly for shorter events like photoshoots or on a half or full day basis to suit your function and catering needs.

Flexible hire options

Your event will be managed by the food designers and creators from Caxton Street Catering who have spent the past 25 years catering for guests of Cirque du Soleil, Gucci, Burberry and the Paris Opera Ballet.

Frequently asked questions

Can the artwork be moved?

Yes, some of it. For most of our events, the artwork doesn’t need to be moved, however for larger scale events, tables and smaller paintings are able to be moved.

Is the space suitable for smaller dinners?

Yes, most definitely! David Bromley's artworks, including sculptures and wall murals, make the space feel warm and inviting even for small groups.

What is the capacity of the venue?

Cocktail events can hold up to 350pax and sit-down events up to 180pax.

Do events have to finish by a certain time?

Due to licensing restrictions, events aren’t able to run any later than 11:30pm.

Does there need to be security at my event?

Yes, as the space is filled with beautiful and valuable artwork, all events must have security guards present. We can organise this for you.

Are there preferred caterers for the venue?

Caxton St Catering are the exclusive caterers and events team for The Bromley Room and will handle all your enquiries.

Is the space open to the public?

Unfortunately not. If you are interested in seeing The Bromley Room in person, viewings can be arranged through our sales team.

Are there menu and beverage packages available?

Our catering team is renowned for tailoring their menus to suit each individuals style and taste. For this reason, we encourage clients to select and mix and match from the available menus.

Is the space BYO?

Yes, we do allow BYO at a corkage charge of $6.00 per person.
